Release date: 2014
All images and videos are currently representative of a pre-alpha build of the game.

Zxill: A Legend Of Time is a time attack adventure rpg with procedurally generated worlds.

Zxill is an ordinary boy from the local village trying to go about his business exploring a nearby forest when one day he stumbles upon a magical crystal that triggers a life changing event. Can he survive long enough to save the world and can he keep it together as the world changes around him?

A faintly familiar adventure becomes increasingly hard to endure as it rapidly spirals out of control in an ever expanding world.

-Endlessly Expanding Worlds
-Random Encounters
-Turn Based Combo Battle System
-Procedurally Generated World Maps
-Procedurally Generated Dungeons
-Procedurally Generated Villages
-Random Chest Spawning
-Random NPC Spawning

Fight, adventure and explore against the clock to collect the crystals and save the world. Perform this ancient ritual in time to witness the creation of a new larger world. Keep up the pace and watch your world expand. Fall behind and be cursed with saving the same world over and over. Die and risk loosing everything...

A little about Zxill:

Zxill (pronounced Zill in the common tounge) enjoys exploring the local dungeons and long walks on the beach.

New screenshots showing new decorative level content including plants, rocks and the
occasional log have been added.

Screenshots of an updated battle system have been added too.

Thanks for your support :)

A bit bland with some inconsistent graphics. Greenlight isn't doing your pixel art any favors, but the trailer doesn't make it look much better.

looks ok. though a bit blank. like all but the combat was made on game maker. but it may turn out good.

As a seasoned pixel artist and CG Designer myself, I can say the overall style of the art is very unnapealing and poorly executed.
With no color scheme whatsoever, the non consistant chading, and the absolutely horrific point-of-view inconsistancies I can say without a doubt the current designer of your project is a complete novice with little to no real experience.

When an artist makes something they should aim to fill it with an emotion and guide the viewers eye to important features, especially in a video game
I get no emotion from any aspects of the art, I feel very strained when looking at these screenshots. I have nothing to rest my eyes on, the player should be the main focus, but instead I feel like he melts into the other tiles.

My advice to you as far as your art is concerned, scrap every art asset you have now and fire your current designer. Don't let a bad artist ruin your success.

Seriously this looks like complete shit... It's 2014, why does the characters look like shit? i want a Good Game with Good Graphics. Im sick of seeing these horrible looking and boring greenlight games, If you game makers want your game on steam then make a GAME WE WANT TO PLAY.
