The P-46 series is a long-lasting Soviet panel housing type co-developed with Czech architects. Recognizable by its asymmetrical balconies and compact section layout, the series was widely used across Moscow and surrounding regions. Apartments feature isolated rooms, separate bathrooms, and large balconies or loggias. The buildings typically rise 12 to 14 stories and include two passenger elevators per section.

The series is known for its solid thermal insulation (32 cm external panels) and good apartment proportions, especially in 1- and 3-room units. While interior remodeling options are limited due to structural walls, the overall layout remains functional and space-efficient.
