I do worry he might be a little strong, but I might've just played against his good matchups. Certainly there were times his self-healing was outpaced by raw damage output, and I can see him struggling to build up steam in faster matches if he doesn't get lucky.
Honestly, all your heroes tend to have a lot of self-healing anyway; it's clearly part of your design philosophy, and it's not like I don't enjoy the way they play or feel, so I'm cool with that.
Fractal's DR reduces damage to 1 (not by 1) so if you are already dealing 1 damage it does not trigger.
And Drone Swarm does not deal the damage, the hero who used the power does, meaning Teenage Guardian Fighting Robot will not trigger from that.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
1. Fractal's DR did not work against Radiance's base power so I just got to deal damage to her
2. Drone swarm does not trigger teenage guardian fighting robot
