Voltaire's straitmare Lite

Description
This is the Voltaire's straitmare mod with fewer straits pretty strait forward wouldn't you say? All the multi sea zones straits are removed and there is a reduction in added straits. The dessert crossings haven't been touched and are still in place.

It should work until the VN2 map gets updated. Though it might not work with other mods that edit the map.
