Description
Increases all research upgrades agent capacity amount from 1 - 4
also increases cost of research for sake of balance from 1000 - 2000 and 2500 - 5000 (for gold and 100 - 200 for jars - Updated 18/08/2021)

Should be save game compatible and safe with modes that don't edit the tech table for TK
