Look, I'm someone who also had a texture taken down, and it was most likely the mod's cover. Steam often flags NSFW covers, even with content descriptors like +18. The content is still removed if the cover is NSFW, whether very explicit or not. The same thing happened with Monster Girls; they had to repost it with a black bar covering all the breasts. If you're going to repost, I recommend you only show a close-up of the face on the cover and don't include any images that show too much.

It got removed for "violating Community & Content Guidelines", altough they didn't even say which rule I broke.
I'm pretty sure NSFW mods are allowed here, so idk.

Steam support told me to contact Terraria's support, but their support page doesn't even work, and they haven't asnwered my emails.

I have no idea if I can just reupload it here, or what.
