So it's my personal result, but think specter is tier SS for now.

On this one you need levl 7 and roll.

Must 3* - Chaos Knight, Omniknight, Legion Commander, Spectre, Luna

Optional 3* - Batrider, Dazzle

Underlords - Enthrall, Demonic Golem

I got 15k+ MMR (top 200) playing only assassins build. Got 15k in knockout, also forcing it. In non-ranked it's 98% winrate (70%+ first place).
