Better Loading Bar With Tick Marks

Description
A loading bar with tick marks every 10%
I made this because I thought it was annoying the default loading bar doesn't show the percent and there was none on the workshop.

I think its Urik Game Menu or NeunGUI: SideHUD (Improved)
