Important:
Polish army in the West does not have any early war equipment.
Polish army in the West had late war British / American military equipment.
Free French forces (African origin) also does not have early war equipment.
French army 1943-45 had mostly late war American military equipment.

At the same time mod has other armies in multiplayer/early war period:
- original Polish army of 1939 ;
- original French army of 1940.

But you can't combine two different armies (early 'original' army and late 'outside' army) in one set in Conquest mode.
Plus we do not have any War Period option in Conquest mode.

Check that you have applied just ONE valour mod.
valour mod can't be run with any other mod due to new nations added.
Don't use valour in case you want to apply other mods.

Im referring to the standard multiplayer modes, like warzones and warfare.

Game engine does not allow to have early and late French units in Conquest mode. Try to create your own mod and you will see such issue.
Or try following mod with early/late French units and resupply issues:

I don't know if it is possible but is there a way to add the early french units to the conquest campaign for France along with the late war american units. Ik there's no war period option but I think it would be interesting to have a balance of 1940 france and later war british and american equipment

Game does not support period selection for Conquest.
Please read mod description one more time.
