Mechanoid Bench 2 [JGH]

Description


Dismantle the mechanoid,
and use the mechanoid components to make improved things
- Safe to add from a save game

When defeating a mechanoid, we only get a few pieces of steel. but, now, if you dismantle the mechanoid from the <Mechanoid Bench>, will get a <Mecanoid Component>, which allows you to make <Mecha Equipment>.

<Mecha Equipment(and Bionics)> is almost identical in performance and cost to existing equipment, but there are clear bonuses.

For example, mecha sniper rifles and mecha miniguns now use pulse-charged enegy. the efficiency of the mecha bionic lens is still 125%, but it comes with a shooting accuracy boost. mecha armor has excellent heat protection.

If you dismantle one mechanoid, you can get one component.
mass production will be difficult, as mecha equipment requires 5 to 15 components. now, mechanoids are the target of pleasant waiting!

It's not suitable for short escape play, but it's a fun little content if you live long hours.

When dismantling the Mechanoid, Can also get WTH's item.
- SOS2
Wearing Mecha Armor and Mecha Helmet allows you to survive in space environments.
- Royalty
Mecha Armor is Prestige Armor.
- VFE-Mechanoids
Component in this mod are changed to VFE Component. Need 5 mechanoid corpses(same kind) to get mechanoid component. Of course, the amount of components required for equipment is also reduced.

I get a weird error *after* removing this mod:

Could not load reference to Verse.ThingDef named MechaSniperRifle

What do I do to remove this error? IS it loaded in core? I swear there's nothing in local mods folder or in the workshop folder with your number on it.

Balance change question : Can you separate mechanoids components? I have tons of them from VFE-M, they balanced to be rare for factories, late game turrets and drones. I even start to sale them. Thank you for creating quality mods :)

Seems a tongue cannot be installed after installing a mecha jaw either. Is the slot missing? Maybe the arms are missing the hand slot to.

Also can you add a mecha hand and support for the power claw to attach to the mecha arm?

Ah I found why these weapons are not firing because it was an issue for another weapon pack I use. Apparently these need CE support in order to fire. I am using CE.

So without CE support these just infinitely aim after the firing timer ends.

I also use Caravan Adventures, and reinforcements come in wearing costumes for this mod, but no problems. So I can't help you... Basically because I'm not a developer. I'm sorry.

I won't check weapons, as the armor was the big draw. but atm, unless someone has done a CE patch, the armor will offer about as much protection as a cosplay xD
