Error Rooms Always Have Glitched Items

Description
This gives you the TMTRAINER effect when you enter an error room and removes it on the next non error room you enter.

This was a quick hack job to make my first mod so it will probably goober up with certain characters or items.

I've made it so it will not be active during challenges.

Alt + F4ing the game in an I AM ERROR room lets you keep the tmnt trainer effect

I haven't tested this out with saving and quitting though
