Description
Game: Vindictus
Character: Arisha Silver Fox

Preface:
A stubborn battle witch with a lot of experience with both swords and spells. Its history is unknown. She wields her eponymous Enchanted Sword in her right hand, and at the same time, uses a magic Trick in her left to cast spells. This combination makes it extremely flexible, but difficult to control.

Addon has a Playermodel with finger posing, first person hands, jiggle bones and lots of bodygroups.

I found the incompatibility! TFA's cBobbing causes the flickering for some reason.

I don't know what this may be related to, personally, everything is fine with me.

I noticed that the flickering and bugs only start once you switch your held item. When you first spawn in, the item you first hold will appear fine, and without any flickering or offsetting. When you then swap to any other item in your inventory, the bugs appear and stay until you restart the game.

My first person hands flicker intensely when using vanilla tools or anything that uses vanilla first person viewmodels, and there's a weird downward offset when using TFA weapons. Does this model conflict with something? None of the other models I have do this. I've tried re-installing this a couple times as well as disabling all mods that change things about the first person view. There's nothing in the console that stands out.
