[SLTS] FacEx - SCAR pack for Arma

Description
Utilized by AAF special purpose units, this family of adaptable and modular firearms was selected to complement the Mk20 in service with regular army units. Despite the chaotic nature of the Altian Civil War, photo journalists and combat bloggers have kept a keen eye on the operational use of the Mk16 and Mk17 rifles. It's been noted that the Mk16 5.56 comes in 3 main versions. A basic rifle, one with the EGLM 40mm grenade launcher. The Mk16C with a shorter barrel for CQC use, while the heavier Mk17 7.62 battle rifle has been seen with the EGLM. Some soldiers attach a flashlight foregrip combo for night time use.

Also supplied as part of the arms deal was the Mk13 40mm standalone grenade launcher, use of this has been seen in crowd control, anti-riot scenarios.

While not believed to be used in large numbers, photo evidence has documented use of the rifle with the FIA. These rifles are believed to have been captured in raids or from AAF casulties, and resprayed for both camouflauge and identification.

FacEx, Faction Expansion, previouslt titled as SCAR pack for the AAF is a mod that adds the SCAR rifle to a variety of the factions in Arma 3.

Hey there! I really like the mod, been using it since it was uploaded. Quick question: Are the Sub-Compact Mk16 and the MK20 SPR gonna be added some day in the future? :)

Ive been searching high and low for your port of the FnFAL from arma 2 OA, with armaholic gone would it be possible for you to rerelease it on steam (if you still have it).

Hey, i really like this mod, but the weight values of the rifles are too high.
Could you change them to a more realistic values, because mk16s are about half a kg heavier and the mk17 is almost twice as heavy as it is in real life, making it as heavy as machineguns.

@Churizo Thank you, that shouldn't be the case. They should all be compatible with RHS mags regardless of version. I'll look into it!

First of all, this mod is really good and I'm enjoying it.

I do have one question: The SCAR-L has compatibility with RHS mags and ACE mags, meanwhile the SCAR-H does not. Is this intended?

Thanks for update! However you still need to add the CBA requirement on the Workshop page too - there should be a button for that on the right hand side of the page.

Why it's important? Because A3 Launcher will check Workshop for requirements, not CfgPatches - so it's still possible to load your mod without CBA (and get error during Arma startup).

Also, few things I noticed today:
1. The shorty Mk16 - character animation is wrong, he doesn't grip the forward grip (which results in a grip clipping into the forearms).
2. If you hit the gun on the enemy, it throws up dirt - you need to apply proper .rvmat in Fire Geometry LOD.
