Rick's Rule

Description
This is a mod which changes all names to Rick, and every year every character is set to have Rick Astley's DNA.

It also replaces all the vanilla music with Never Gonna Give You Up.



Previously known as the Rick and Morty April Fools Total Conversion mod.
