BTWC un/armored Rotor Split

Description
add this mod above the main BTWC mod in your mod selection, it will remove ferro fibrous armor from vanilla rotors and add the armored ones separately

you can find them by searching for btwc in the G-Menu

All this does is make the btwc rotors seperate and the normal ones normal again. There is no velocity setting

don't know why, but blueprints with vanilla hinges get x0.1 from the speed set by the developer
