Okay, great, thank you. That makes sense. Much appreciated.

@Orion Pilot, Yea I have not included a mechanism in which you could set the furnace to a cold state because there is no reason to. It would just be a waste of energy. However, if you want to have a simple lever to do that it would be fairly simple to do. Add a lever anywhere and have it control the furnace Output pump and set it to 100. The lever will then override the code and clear the furnace to 0 temp 0 pressure.

Hi Barsiel, how does one reset the furnace to a cold and dark state. It has been sitting for days in a hot and high pressure context. No amount of handle pulling or smelting is making any difference? Is this supposed to sit there for days with a hot furnace at 40mp? What should I be doing to cause the furnace to go cold and dark again?

Just loaded the script with the recent version (27.08.2021) and the script does not work because apparently the labels only work when capitalized (which might be a bug).

Changing the labels, e.g. 'minpress' to 'Minpress' dis make everything work again.

Hi, can you please explain these lines? Not the syntax, I think I understand the functions.

slt r5 press minpress
select r5 minpress r5 0

Under which circumstances could the select instruction change the value of r5?

If press < minpress, minpress must be > 0. r5 would be 1 after the second line. If press > minpress, r5 will be zero if minpress is zero or non-zero.

I'm sure I'm confused about something here. I can't figure it out though. Thanks.
