Description
The One Room Round Robin, Part 2
Version 1.03 Patch 3b (Ogre Burger)

One year and countless hours of designing, hacking and coding has finally come to an end. Twenty-two creators came together to craft a colossal dungeon that pushes the Legend of Grimrock engine to its limits, utlizing some of the very best of the assets and scripts from the entire Grimrock community as well as dozens of unique material developed specifically for this mod.

The premise, my friends is simple: everyone had to participate by designing one room, which was limited to a 9x9 space on three floors. These 22 rooms are the core of the mod, and propose some of the best ideas the community has to offer: to intrigue, to surprise, to impress, to make you smile or laugh. Some rooms hold dark necromancers, some hilarious puzzles.

Beyond the rooms, we have built a framing story and connected them all in a global experience, a dungeon with endless interconnecting passages and secrets to discover. Captured and thrown into prison at the bottom of an underground complex in the north, will you manage to solve the rooms, conquer the keys to open the seals between you and your freedom?

The completion of each room will reward you with a special key - but you need only a certain amount to reach the top; not all rooms are mandatory to complete the mod. It is thus advisable to save before entering each room, in case one proves too difficult: most rooms may be freely entered and left, but some will lock you in their story until you complete them. Completing more rooms will give you extra keys though, which can be used to unlock many bonus surprises on your way.

Be prepared, this is an experience that goes beyond the original game in terms of scope and difficulty. It has been designed and balanced for a 1st level starting party, so importing high-level characters is not advisable. It has been also designed to take Toorum mode into acount. Based on our tests, we estimate the total playing time to be between 8 and 15 hours, depending on how much of the dungeon you wish to complete. The dungeon is highly non-linear, and offers many paths to victory.

The mod also has an achievements system and a built-in custom information and statistics screen accessible by pressing the I key. What achievements are there? That's yours to discover.

Doudar:
You should jump down the judgement pit yourself, this will only open once the Ogre steps on it. If there only where someplace to hide when Ogre comes running ;) see next spoiler for compelet solution...

Pull lever to open the hidden wall. Push release prisoner button. Quickly sidestep and pull lever to slam down the wall. Get behind wall before it slams down so Ogre will run straight into pit. Be quick. If you are too slow it won't work.

How do you get out of the Judgment pit rooms?

I have loved the challenge, but I have one qualm about it: too few healing crystals. I am on the 5th seal challenges (between 5 and 6), got most of my party roasted by an uggardian, outisde any room, and the nearest crystal is 3 floors down in the Courthouse. Make them hidden, hard to get, but please, I would have enjoyed having a crystal at least after every other seal.

that did it, once i worked out how to get the console active by editing the .cdf file. thank you.

You have the right combination, so it should work. But if you are playing the first unpatched release, there was a bug with that puzzle which prevented it from resetting correctly if you made a mistake. If that is the case, you can type the following in the console to receive your reward:

xan_chaos_door:open(); xan_chaos_secret:activate();

ok it translates to

CFAGEC
ADFECA

which translates too

White, green, blue, aqua, yellow, white
blue, red, green, yellow, white, blue

this i have punched in with no effect, is my lack of musical knowledge the issue?

Thank you, i now have the swirly key for that room. I also can see how to work out the bonus solution, sadly my musical knowledge is 0 so i probably have a big stint on wikipedia now to work this out. Can i say that this room is very clever and VERY annoying.
