If you're nimble and determined you can get here without cheats in vanilla mode. - You have to start at the base of the hill and climb on the rocks, make a calculated leap at the top and then ease around an invisible barrier at the cliff edge. Trucks are drivable but can't leave the fenced area. - AI are frozen. There are holes beyond this view point so save often.
