Hail Valve!
  • Touching enemies makes them bleed.
  • +1 healthpoint every second.
  • An evasive roll kills enemies with less than 66% health.
  • Lower health = more strength.
  • More executions = better deal from the trader.
  • Every kill makes you faster.
  • Every hit adds 1% to damage. Resets when being hit.
And many many more.

Finding items or buying them from a trader makes every run different and changes you from a weak cave-painting figure to a death god. You can also permanently upgrade your character stats at a bonfire. There is also now the possibility to zoom out for a few seconds and have a quick overview about your surroundings.

So have patience for a few more months. Still programming, building, balancing and fixing bugs. A new up-to-date trailer will arrive right before the game launches so stay tuned!

Horns up,

Deadly monsters
Release date: May 26 2015

Enjoy the great cave art from South Drakensberg, Rochester to Lascaux brought to life in a video game. All the characters were painted tens of thousands of years ago by our ancestors.

  • Use collected gold to buy permanent perks for your next life!
  • Level up at bonfires to inflict greater damage, gain maximum health and do faster evasive rolls.
  • Deranged NPC-s who speak in black metal quotes.

"The combat system takes a little getting used to as every move (even crawl) has a cooldown period with a count-down at the bottom of the screen indicating when you can use them again. Once you figure it out though, it’s great fun, and adds a tactical element to the fighting."

Your closest blood brother has betrayed you and tricked you into a cave labyrinth. Restore your honour by brutally crushing his skull with one of the STONES OF SORROW.

A game by Rain Pohlak from the Avant-Garde Brutal Death Metal band NEOANDERTALS.

Awkward animations aside, the concept is very interesting. It has a lot of potential.
