Yuki-Onna, The Absolute Zero Mayakashi x 1 (Varis Booster)

Note: Aside from Linkuriboh, the Knightmare monsters, and Vampire Sucker, most of the extra deck monsters are not normally played. However, they can be useful in various situations.

The side deck is not used in single player content, so you can ignore it, but it contains only a couple of copies of "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" and a 3rd copy of "Twin Twisters". Honestly, there's nothing keeping you from just putting them directly into the main deck, but I haven't used them that way.

How To Effectively Utilize This Deck
Your primary goal in using this deck is to fill the graveyard with Skull Servant cards and cards that take on the "Skull Servant" name whilst in the graveyard (the "Wight" cards). The fastest way to do this is to send "Wightprince" cards to the graveyard and then activate its effect, which sends a "Skull Servant" and a "The Lady In Wight" to the graveyard. This effect is not once per turn, so you could theortically end up with 9 "Skull Servants" in your graveyard in a single turn if you can put all three "Wightprince"s in the grave in a turn. Alternatively, one "Wightprince can be sent to the graveyard, returned to the field through "Monster Reborn", "Mezuki", or any other of the appropriate cards in the deck, and sent to the graveyard again until you have 7 "Skull Servants" in the graveyard. Linkuriboh is a effective tool at returning "Wightprince" to the graveyard at any point. Then, "Wightprince" can be banished along with 2 other "Skull Servant" cards to special summon a "King of Skull Servants" from the deck.

Because "King of Skull Servants" gains attack relative to the number of "Skull Servant"s and "King of Skull Servants" in the graveyard, it is important to keep some there at all times. Banished "Skull Servants can be returned to the graveyard via "Burial From a Different Dimension" or by discarding "Wightmare" from your hand. "Wightmare can also special summon any banished "King of Skull Servants".

Spells and traps in this deck are used to facilitate this filling of the graveyard and summoning of "King of Skull Servants. "One for One", for example, allows you to discard one monster ("Wightprince", if you've got one in hand) and then immediately summon a level one monster ("King of Skull Servants"). "Opti-Camouflage Armor" allows your "King Of Skull Servants" to directly attack your opponents life points, which can make defeating your opponent on the first turn significantly more likely. "Gravity Bind" leaves this deck largely untouched, as your important monsters are below level 4 (however, this does not protect you against XYZ monsters your opponent may summon).

"Twin Twisters" and the "Knightmare" monsters are primarily there to remove obstacles from your opponents side of the field. They also allow you to discard from your hand.
Conclusion
This deck is fun to play, easy to modify for personal use, and highly effective at handling most of the game's singleplayer content. It is also compliant with the game's restriction list, making it usable for online play.

Enjoy the deck!

Continued: character limit

Lastly, as there is space left in the Extra Deck, you could also run Wee Witch's Apprentice for an easy Link-2, in the case where Wightprince is on the field (for whatever reason).

(yeah, it cut off this tiny sentence).

Another use for that Wightmare would be to bring out a banished Lady in Wight to give protection from things like Mirror Force when actually going for game, albeit with it also negating that Opti-Camo Armor. You could also run the "Dark Illusion" Counter Trap, for protection against any effects that can target and destroy the King.

Keep in mind that if you used Vampire Sucker's effect to bring out an opponent's monster, The Lady in Wight will make it battle-immune if it's Level 3 or lower.

For draw power, one can consider "The Beginning of the End", as it banishes 7 DARK monsters to draw 3 cards, and Burial from a Different Dimension could be used to bring back 3 of those banished. Allure of Darkness is a lot more certain, and is much much easier to actually play, but I figured I'd throw that out there, as it could be potentially viable.

"Wightprincess" is the card to the left of Allure of Darkness. There are 3 in this deck, and they are purchased from the Yugi booster set.
