@Ghoul episode on madness means you get rid of all drugs on all your illnesses, and second question no, you can't have any duplicates of an illness, if it has medication on it the only thing they can do is play one of its side effects if you don't already have them on the table since you can't have more than 1 of each type at a time. You can't remove meds, you can only remove cards if you use therapy

Oh and if they already have medication on a symptom but they used a med and a side effect is something they're curing, can I not give them the card to remove med?

I have a question about the episode card on madness, when it says discard all drugs on psyche, is it just for madness or all disorders?

Did not expect the official publisher to upload this on the workshop, pretty cool. But anyways after trying it in tabletop sim, i'm definitely going to get the game irl.
