Alert Status Controls: Red Alert can be triggered from control panel, yellow alert can be set from upper bridge.

Alert Status Details:
When no alert has been triggered, ship will be at Green Alert and will stow all but the projectile weapons (which have a seperate control panel switch).
Yellow Alert deploys all weapons but nothing else, in order to save power while offline in dangerous areas.
Red Alert deploys all weapons and defensive systems (aside from shields), when ship is active in dangerous areas.
