Better Item Spawn Chances

This is a quality of life mod made for myself. I am currently trying to complete all three saves before the new dlc launches, and I found no mod like this on the workshop. Basically, it increases the chance to spawn good items, the better the item in question is, the bigger the increase is, in my test runs, the increased luck in spawning items does not appear to be game breaking, but does help a lot.

Upcoming updates: Ability to tweak the intensity of the increase in luck, fine tuning.
