The Moriche Chef

Description
A sinister elf lurks outside of Riverwood. He calls himself the Moriche Chef. Some say he is a vampire: They would be wrong. He is much, much worse.

The Moriche Chef can sell you some chef's armor, a knife and fork, and some raw materials. Go around Skyrim stabbing people in the back with a fork and then cooking them into a pie.

The clothes and weapons have the stats of steel and have their own tempering recipies. Use the low-grade iron and leather to improve your cutlery and apron.

He should be just north of Riverwood, past the bridge.
