After using the fish ticket, check the sleeping penguins on the first floor of the train station.

Alternative ending related achievements
Paranoia
A cliché ending, isn't it?

After Miss Sakura revelation, go to road 195 without checking the board with chalk.

Post game achievements
Singularity
It couldn't be a coincidence.

This is a weird one. After watching the true ending, immediatly load Chapter 3 save. Steal the key in the library. Go back to the lever puzzle in the Whale and use the key 40 to 50 times on the locker to unlock it.
I'm not sure about the triggering condition but it seems to be a somewhat reliable way to get the achievement.

The truth
It was the truth that found you.

Unlock the locker in the Whale. Go to the museum's storage room and have a dialogue with the owner. After Hal says "... a secret", go back to the locker room. Enter the locker, don't talk to the NPC and read the papers.

A causal exception
Too many unfolding roads.

Follow the steps for "The truth". Talk to the NPC. Then get to the true end.

A weird cat
"The pleasure is mine, familiar feline."

Unlock the locker as in "Singularity". Go back to the locker when you get to chapter 7.
"The Truth" and "A causal exception" lock the locker for good. You can't get those and "A weird cat" in the same run.

To complete all Scull's missions you need to bring him:
Running symbol:

Shower symbol:
In the back alley

Water symbol:
On the door of the water facility

Energy symbol:
The Whale's train station

Hand stopping time symbol:

There is one hidden volta code you can't find with Scull's mission. In the school, memorize the horn statue and draw it on Scull's canvas. He will give you the last Volta's code.
Conclusion
Many thanks for helping me with this guide!

There is most likely a bunch of inaccuracies and typos here and there. I'll try to fix them as soon as I can.

Awesome game by the way. By far the best thing I've played in a long time.

Just wanted to say.. don't give up after using the key 40-50 times. It took more than 150 times for me. When I gave up after 60 or 70 goes I ended up playing the entire true end twice more just trying to work out what I was missing when all I had to do was use the key more.

I'm having a lot of trouble with anything that has to be done after doing the school's puzzle and getting to the final cutscene. I havent gotten the "Complete #7" achievement and all the other ones that are really late game. Does anyone know why this is happening? Basically anything that has to be done after #6 is just impossible at the moment.

Theres a symbol missing for the VOLTA Pro achievement. The 2nd symbol he requests is the shower symbol you find in the back alley with Bern.

Singularity probably only unlocks after you get the true ending once, yeah, but either way, it can take a long time to unlock. I've tried the key for 5 minutes straight on that locker for it to finally unlock.

Thanks a lot for your help! About "A casual exception", you don't even need to read one of the papers. As long as you talk to the NPC and keep playing up to the end of the game, you get the achievement.

I still not sure how to trigger Singularity. I only managed to unlock it after watching the unreal life ending, it might be related but I can't say for sure.

A Casual Exception: Read at least one of the papers in the locker for The Truth achievement. Then, talk to the NPC you passed by on your way. (They should be standing in front of a monitor, neat effect, btw). You'll then get kicked out and won't be able to go back in the locker, so you won't get a chance to get A Weird Cat afterwards.
Once you're set with the previous step, just get the Unreal Life ending and 2 extra scenes will play, before the credits roll, you'll get the achievement. [/spoilers]

I would recommend to make a manual save after getting Singularity (and be sure to not overwrite it).
Then, get either A Weird Cat or A causal exception.
And finally, reload your manual save and get the achievement you missed earlier.

A Weird Cat: Apparently, you cannot get this one if you want to get "A Casual Exception", because it locks you out of the locker for good. But right at the end of the game, (final chapter, when you're visiting everyone), stop by the locker again, and you should find a cat inside you can chat with.

So far:

Singularity: Use the locker key you nab from the guard in chapter 3 on the locker at the Whale, (the one left to the switches near the elevator), and use the key a random number of times on the locker until it unlocks. (Yeah, that's what we got so far, it can take 50 attempts, it can take 500, it's completely random.)

The Truth: After helping the ant go through the Museum Gallery, you get access to the paintings on the back. If you go further, you have a dialogue with the receptionist. The dialogue ends with "... A secret?" and that's when you have to go back to the now open locker at the Whales. In there, walk all the way, don't talk to the NPC in there, just keep going until you find notes on the wall, read them all.

Thanks you a lot for your input! I'll be by to help you on the discussion thread if I ever find something worth mentionning.
According to Hako's twitter, the last 2 achievements really are important story-wise, I wish I had more time to look for them.
