I still not sure how to trigger Singularity. I only managed to unlock it after watching the unreal life ending, it might be related but I can't say for sure.
Once you're set with the previous step, just get the Unreal Life ending and 2 extra scenes will play, before the credits roll, you'll get the achievement. [/spoilers]
Then, get either A Weird Cat or A causal exception.
And finally, reload your manual save and get the achievement you missed earlier.
Singularity: Use the locker key you nab from the guard in chapter 3 on the locker at the Whale, (the one left to the switches near the elevator), and use the key a random number of times on the locker until it unlocks. (Yeah, that's what we got so far, it can take 50 attempts, it can take 500, it's completely random.)
The Truth: After helping the ant go through the Museum Gallery, you get access to the paintings on the back. If you go further, you have a dialogue with the receptionist. The dialogue ends with "... A secret?" and that's when you have to go back to the now open locker at the Whales. In there, walk all the way, don't talk to the NPC in there, just keep going until you find notes on the wall, read them all.
According to Hako's twitter, the last 2 achievements really are important story-wise, I wish I had more time to look for them.
