The object of this mod is to make the Nightingale and Dark Brotherhood helmets act like the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal. Equip them and commit unlawful acts while being noticed and your bounty will rise. However, remove the helmet while not being seen by anyone and your bounty will go back to the amount it was before you equipped the helmet.

To get the armor just start the DB quest line and you will get your first set.

I tested the Nightingale helmet and the DB helmet and they work however if you are still being chased and you remove that helmet the guards will continue to attack until you kill them or reload your savegame.

Currently only works for:
All playable Nightingale helmets
All playable Dark Brotherhood helmets

Additions to come:
All other masks that obscure your face (possibly as a separate mod)
Armor recognition - where you will need to change your armor on top of your helmet as the guards will recognize both. This may be instant recognition if you wear armor and helmet, remove helmet and not armor and the guards will be increasingly suspicious.

I will work on this and other mods when I can however my CS degree requires my attention during the school year.
