Steam launch Ceffyl

A small steam launch, the Ceffyl (welsh for horse) is best suited for operations close to shore where her open deck and low range aren't as much of an issue.

bilge pumps please

She has nothing resembling a bilge pump, which is a big problem for rescue operations--in anything but totally placid weather, opening either hatch instantly sinks her.
