Damage from shooting the lightning gaster in water is disabled by default.
To enable it, type "gasterlightning_waterdmg 1" in the server console.
To disable it, type "gasterlightning_waterdmg 0" in the server console.

@trueidiot_YT Make sure you are subscribed to the Black Mesa Experimental Weaponry addon, it might take a while to download but it has some other very good weapons. If it still doesn't work, check if the other gasters are errors too or not. If they are errors, try verifying the integrity of local game files for Garry's Mod (you can find a guide for how to do that if you search on Google)
