Huh something seems to have changed, you have to disable vertical mode (the icon with the slope and arrow) so the tiles dont realign with the ground

You can determine the color of the tiles by selecting all of them >> right click >> Attributes >> "Object Specific - Object User Texture (10 m)" >> "Texture #0" and change that to:
#(argb,8,8,3)color(0,0,1,1)
The format of the last four digits is: (RED, GREEN, BLUE, ALPHA), see https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Procedural_Textures
