A Game about Strangers forming Connections.

Orientation weeks are a difficult period for people, especially international students who often find themselves come up against the challenge of language barriers, cultural and social differences that make it hard to connect with their fellow peers and make friends.

However, we are all human beings, and our experiences are much more similar than one might think. Waffle Dolphin Picnic Ghost is a game about sharing life stories and inviting strangers to share their experiences related to the previous one by incorporating an Emoji Card from the Pool.

Everyone works together to completely deplete the Pool, while also asking follow-up questions to encourage others to tell a minimum of four Stories. When both of these conditions have been met, everyone wins and walks away a little more familiar and connected with one another.
