Description
play as turn-based style, for strange player like me.

add a new button: "advance on day" at the bottom bar.
shortcut: Z (borrowed from decrease speed button)
override: hud.gui, shortcuts.shortcuts
incompatible with ironman mod now (because this functions as console command tick_day)
