"These mods contain the same files related to vehicle lights, but the contents of the files are different. When you use them together, whichever mod is at the top in the Mod Manager will overwrite the other’s files.
Therefore, only the mod with high priority in Mod Manager will affect the game."

Is this mod already part of your Realistic Vehicle Lights Mod v7.0 ?
If not, I'm guessing put this mod above the Realistic Vehicle Lights Mod? (I would assume they work together.)

Also seeing this on Wideload vehicles top lights (orange) but do not have a pic.
Thinking all this is from a glitchy orange light. May be a mod conflict.. not sure...
