06: Judas

Description
Briefing: We have received news that one of our lieutenants, Reinhart, who has been stationed in Zagreb, has recently been coerced by GDI leadership, declaring a ceasefire in the area. His betrayal has left an open wound, but comes with an ultimate price. The Brotherhood seethes at this treachery. Take a task force to the location, set up a base, advance North-West to his command centre and deal with the traitor accordingly. Our spies indicate GDI presence in the area, aiding the lost cause. Be steadfast!

On the Tiberian Dawn Main Menu - Click 'Mission Select', then Click the Custom Missions Icon (far right), Click 'User Maps' at the top of the list, Search '06: Judas'.. there should be a tick attached to the map, select the map, click 'Delete' on the bottom right, boom. Just search and download it again, that should be the updated version :)

Ghost question, I already downloaded on C&C game, and where I can delete it. Because I wanted to reupload with the updated version.

Yeah, the map is super challenging. It took me a couple tries and going crazy with the turret, rocket, flame troop micro. While building a wall as quick as I could up towards the north. It was doable but really tested your skills. You have to play the map on Slow game speed for awhile. As far as MCV I would go immediately south a couple cells from start, right about that tree line from the edge of the map, and built west putting my refinery in between the ridges.

Thanks Ghost! I will have a try. The mix NOD and GDI forces are big challenge and it is also not easy to wipe out the AGT with cutting off the power supply. Hope you can make more interesting maps.:steamhappy:

kidmiho, I've just got around to patch this mission as I'd been made aware of the early attack waves. They should now be a little more spaced out rather than getting pummeled from the get-go. Be sure to DELETE the current map and redownload it again. Specifically, you will have to click the custom missions tab (far right) from the 'Mission Select' menu on the Tiberian Dawn Main Menu, click user maps, search '06: Judas', when it appears, you will see the 'Delete' option down at the bottom right I believe. Once deleted, redownload it, and you should have the most updated version. Thanks! Enjoy!

The map is too hard. How to survive in the attack waves in the first 5min? where is the best location for mcv?

Another great map layout from Ghost. Map design is on point, A.I. pathing of attacks and force composition is varied and different, and how the attacks are executed is pretty awesome. Ghost has been making some high quality crafted maps. However it is a very challenging mission and a few spoilers going forward so stop reading here if you don't want to be spoiled.

I don't know how to do this without a bit of sandbag blocking. I tried but the waves of attacks start very soon into starting the mission. This is further exacerbated by the fact that both enemy NOD and GDI forces are attack from 3 fronts and all the Tiberium fields are covered by GDI Advance Guard Towers which requires you to expend forces that you might not have which are desperately needed for defense. I actually got super lucky and that the GDI forces that spawn in and reinforced from the map edge just to get caught up by the NOD forces which caused a traffic jam and prevented more waves from attacking my base. This bought me time to wall off the north route which bottlenecked the NOD A.I. who wouldn't path around the long way and back through the main base. The main enemy base also became a jam of units too.
