After 2.5 years of development, welcome to the prequel of the adventure map An Antagonist Story: Anticitizen One. Set at and during the chapter “Nova Prospekt”, you and your team of Metropolice have been sent to the coastal prison find and shell out rebel bases, and follow through with any... unforeseen consequences.

The raid on Black Mesa East was a success, although the Freeman has not been found. As a Union Prospektor, as called by citizens, you have been drafted to Nova Prospekt to root out resistance hideouts in City 17.

-Badges (secret achievements) are back
-Nova Prospekt, looking through the mask of the enemy
-Epic music from Half Life 2: Episode Two*
-A huge story map, rich in detail, lore and secrets

*No extra games or addons required to play

Original Antagonist Story: Anticitizen One map (they do not have to be played in order)
For Half Life 2/HL2 Episode One players who don’t have Gmod or want the original experience, here is the link to Antagonist Story: Nova Prospekt on ModDB:

Please note that this map was designed for Half Life 2 and Episode 1, but is playable in Garry’s Mod. For a better experience, I recommend
-Disabling addons (or at least gameplay addons)
-Disabling god mode
-Disabling give weapons and suit on spawn
-Setting max ammo to about 300
-If you want, you can play on a gamemode that simulates Half Life 2

The physics are slightly different, but won’t hinder you. Since HUD hints don’t work in Gmod, just remember your flashlight, you can crouch jump, and you can press your use key to climb cables (by default “E”).

Gmod doesn’t take advantage of Half Life’s autosave system, however I have implemented a feature that will teleport you to the last checkpoint, as well as give you starting weapons. Be aware that this teleport system does not reset the game to when the checkpoint was activated, therefore time will have passed as usual. If you want a fresh restart on the map, simply restart it. If you do happen to have any issues with it, you can noclip back to the same spot.

Also, this map is not designed for multiplayer. If you want to give it a whirl, go ahead, but I will not be troubleshooting multiplayer issues.

If you do have any non-multiplayer related issues, please leave a comment and I will do my best to troubleshoot. If you have feedback, please let me know as well, as this is what helps me level up my environment design.

@big die yes Are you playing in Garry's Mod or Half Life 2? If you're in Gmod, the maps should show up in either the Sandbox or the Other folder when starting a new Sandbox game. If they aren't there, check the "maps" folder in the Garry's Mod installation location on your hard drive.

Ah yes, he is technically meant to die but after release it seems people on occasion had trouble with that. When you backtrack out of the alley there's a walkway up through the building that just fell down, where you describe the billboard being.

Yes, I am playing in Gmod. I spawn behind 2 metropolice and we execute 3 civilians before going down the street and entering an alleyway. Once there I get locked in place and one of the metropolice go downstairs and I'm assuming he's *supposed* to get domed by the sniper but he doesn't die.

Assuming he does die (I noclipped out to kill 'em) then I'm still stuck and have nowhere to really go since the route back seems to be blocked by some billboards.
