Edit Wands Always

Description
A simple mod that gives you the 'Edit Wands Everywhere' (known now as 'Tinker With Wands Everywhere' since 1.0) perk on game start. Because this is the way Noita is meant to be played, in my opinion.
The perk is also removed from a regular perk list in Holy Mountain to avoid duplication.

Mod still works. You need to turn it on in-game.
Cause a couple people said it doesn't work, I'm pointing it out. There's a mod section in the main menu. Turn it on there before doing your run.
