Features = Unlock level 3. Four cargo boxes. Detector. Two gatling guns.

Concept = Originally created for a challenge to make an unlock level 3 HV back when the hover thrusters were introduced. Initial design could not actually hover in 2.0 gravity. Discovered that using standard hover engines and thruster arrangement could still unlock at level 3 and then capable of operating in 2.0 gravity.
