Description
This plugin introduces performance improvements and some essential features. You don't need it to be installed on the server if you want to use it in a multiplayer session.

Available via Plugin Loader.

List of features (1.7.2):
  • Keyboard processing improvements, freed up to 28% of main thread CPU consumption (the issue seems to be hardware-related, so not everyone will have a boost). Edit: 40% after 1.196 patch. (If you have any issues with mods or base bindings input processing, disable this patch in config)
  • Improved inventory rendering in Terminal. The more inventories you have, the more noticeable change will be.
  • Blocks rotation with mouse wheel. Shift + wheel, Alt + wheel, Shift + Alt + wheel.
  • Jump drive targeting hotkey. Press "B" to enter locking mode and move crosshair over target. Press "B" again to release target.
  • Change chat font size by pressing Ctrl + +/- when chat is opened.
  • Weapons red dots distance extended to the full range of guns.
  • Volume capacity meter now shows controlled grid volume. Only working Cargo Containers, Drills, Grinders and Connectors are counted. The list of modules can be extended.
  • New Grid Stats extension: provides inventory info in Terminal Info tab, any LCD (up to 4 columns) and Camera Overlay. Easy to configure, please see video. Doesn't require programmable block and timers. All possible block properties can be found here[github.com] in "Blocks" section. Please use block names without "IMy" prefix.
  • Option to double LCD resolution (see config)
  • Blocks highlight option (see video)
  • Distances in GPS list

Every feature can be turned on/off in %User%\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\ClientFixes.cfg

This plugin has been removed from Plugin Loader. In order for it to be available again, the source code will need to be uploaded publicly. I recommend removing this workshop item completely and switching to the new github only plugin distribution method as well, but that is optional.

Can't live without having GPS show their distances, makes the clunky GPS window so much more usable.
