@skrothuscamm, oh I see. Literally my friend in Canada told me the same thing, so I think the max rank must be A outside of Asian.

@skrothuscamm, I' sure that the max rank is S in both chinese& japanese version. There maybe some differences between different language versions? BTW, this is the first battle of chapter 7, I passed it in 3 turns and get S.
