Disable Distortion

Disables the holographic interference in menus (distortion).

If you're wondering what it looks like, remember the Sectopods? Yeah, they did that to your hotbar when they moved. It's just as annoying here as it was before.

This is also a quick and dirty INI edit mod so i could get setup.

This does not disable in game grenade distortion, by design. Flashbang/Ceasefire is appropriate for distortion.
