About the bunnyman fire farm, fire is the way to execute them(which is also the cheapest way to execute entities), to start using this farm, you need to have food(carrots, powder cake/eternal fruit cake) to attract rabbit, keep the middle gate open before bunnies come out at dusk, and aggro them so that they can get into where they will be burnt. deaggro(make sure you have nothing to be aggro again) then close the middle gate.
I will recommend you build another flingo near the science machine as shown in my picture, and it should be able to cover all the grass, the middle gates and the science machine.
I have a question though. What do you mean by "Bunnyman FIRE farm"? You burn them to kill them? How exactly does it work?
