Jinsei Augment Guide (KP 2 Included)

This Guide contains all the ways to obtain Jinsei Augments, and what the 12 effects are for each character.

What are Jinsei Augments
Jinsei Augments are special augments that fit into the 3rd new augment slot on any piece of gear, we can have 3 total per variation, these augments only work vs AI.

These special augments change up some of the abilities the characters have, one of jades for example let's her throw 4 glaves in a row instead of 1.

Each character has 12 Unique Jinseis and each Jinsei has 4 Levels, other then the levels the 12 unique Jinseis fall into 3 categories of rarity, Mortal > Mythic > Elder.
Ways of Obtaining Jinsei Augments
- 1 - In Towers of Time, on the character platform after completing stages 1-2-3-4-5 you unlock stage 6 wich has 5 towers with 1 fight each, after completing each tower you get 1 jinsei augment, finishing the entire platform rewards 4 augments, these towers are all replayable and can be done on brutal difficulty for 1 extra augment per tower. Playing any of these towers will cost some sort of money, and I would advise using takeda and sector missiles to make them easy. On the 5th Tower I would also Advise a Health Replenisher.



- 2 - In the Co-op Towers defeating any character will award a lvl 1 jinsei augment of said character.

- 3 - Random Drops in Towers of Time.

- 4 - The Gauntlet Platform sometimes rewards Jinsei Augments.

- 5 - Kombat Pack 2 / MK 11 Ultimate introduced "Test Your Luck" Towers, check my TYL guide for them. They reward lvl 4 Jinsei in abundance.

- 6 - Secret Meteor Tower (Guide above) Great way for farming lvl 4 Jinsei just like the TYL towers. Will reward lvl 3 Jinsei on 2nd runs.

- 1 - Leaps and Bounds : Increase the distance of Blood Lunge by 100 / 75 / 50 / 25 %

- 7 - Going Berserk
: Increases the Block damage of Baraka-Serker by 50/100/150/200%.

- 8 - Krushing It : Reduces the Krushing Blow requirement of Gutted by 2/4/6/8.

- 9 - Overcharged : Increases the distance of Blade Charge by 25/50/75/100%.

- 10 - Poison Control
: Converts Spine Burst to deal Poison damage and decrease the victim's Gauges by 12.5/25/37.5/50 for 5 seconds.

- 11 - Spark of Death : Hold Blade Spark to Charge it up to 0.25/0.5/0.75/1 second(s), increasing its size and damage.

- 12 - Tarkatan Strength : Increases the damage bonus from War Banner by an additional 10/20/30/40%.
Cassie Cage
- 1 - Advance Directive: Reduces the Amplify cost of BLB-118 Advance and Escape by 40/50/60/70%.

- 2 - Ball Control : Recover 25/50/75/100% faster after Ball Buster.

- 3 - Bubble Trouble : Increases the radius of BLB-118 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥' Bubble by 25/50/75/100%.

- 4 - Family Business : Gain Armor when channeling Cage energy, reducing damage taken by 25/50/75/100%.

- 5 - Fully Loaded : Adds 1/2/3/4 extra shot(s) to Bullet Barrage.

- 6 - Ground Burst : Increases the radius of Energy Burst by 25/50/75/100%.

- 7 - Gun Play : Adds 1/2/3/4 extra shot(s) to Bullet Ricochet.

- 8 - On the Flip : Adds 1/2/3/4 extra shot(s) to Flippin' Out.

- 10 - Quick Draw : Reduces the Charge time of Dual Wielding by 20/40/60/80%.

- 11 - Remote Control : Control BLB-118 50/100/150/200% longer.

- 12 - Take a Knee : Adds 1/2/3/4 extra shot(s) to Kneecappin'.

- 1 - Against the Wind : Hallowing Winds also reduces your opponent's damage dealt by 50/?/?/93.75%.

- 2 - All Shook Up
: Earthquake hits an extra 1/2/3/4 time(s).

- 3 - Blast Chiller : Your Ice attacks have a 15/30/45/60% chance to be Chilling. Chilling attacks Freeze victims by 15%.

- 4 - Defensive Terrain
: Increases the height of Natural Barrier by 12.5/25/37.5/50%.

- 5 - Expanding Flames : Increases the radius of Ring Of Fire by 12.5/25/37.5/50%.

- 6 - Extreme Weather
: Your Fire Ignition and Ice Freeze durations are increased by 25/50/75/100%. Requires Fire Ignition or Ice Freeze effects.

- 7 - Freezing Mist : Vapor Halo also Chills the opponent, Freezing them by 12.5/25/37.5/50% every second.

- 8 - Natural Glow : Reduces the Amplify cost of Auras and H2 P0rt by 40/50/60/70%. Increases the duration of Auras by 50/100/150/200%.

- 9 - Playing with Fire
: Your Fire attacks have a 15/30/45/60% chance to Ignite. Ignition deals 5 Fire damage per second.

- 10 - Rejuvenation Treatment
: Circle Of Life also recovers 5/10/15/20 Health per second.

- 11 - Rock and Roll : Increases the size of Boulders by 12.5/25/37.5/50%.

- 12 - Toss and Turn : Deadly Winds spins victims 2/4/6/8 more rotations.
D'Vorah
- 1 - Siege Insect : Increases the duration of Super Swarm by 50/100/150/200%.

- 2 - Biblical Plague : Increases the size of Swarm and Ground Swarm by 12.5/25/37.5/50%.

- 3 - Bugged Out : Your Carapace Armors you for 1 hit. Carapace Armor repairs after 8/6/4/2 seconds without taking damage.

- 4 - Deadly Venom : Poison attacks infect victims by 5/10/15/20%, eventually causing them to Vomit.

- 5 - Flight to Safety : Increases the distance of Flipping Out by 50/100/150/200%.

- 6 - Healthy Parasite
: Infested recovers 15/30/45/60 Health.

: Mother Bug Resurrection now triggers on death. Mother Bug starts with 100/200/300/400 Health.

: Each Wasp lowers the victim's Gauges by 5/10/15/20.

- 12 - Warrior's Wings : Increases the speed of Fly By by 25/50/75/100%.

- 1 - Acid Pain : Acid Pour leaves behind a puddle that deals 5/10/15/20 Poison damage per second.

- 2 - Lock and Load : Reload 2/3/4/5 bullets at a time.

- 3 - Big Boomer : Increases the blast radius of TNT by 25/50/75/100%.

- 4 - Box of Ammo : Increases maximum Rifle Ammo by 2/4/6/8.

- 5 - Captive Audience : Converts Netherbeast Trap to deal Poison damage and decrease the victim's Gauges by 25/50/75/100 for 5 seconds.

- 6 - Cow Tipping : Increases the distance of Cattle Toss by 25/50/75/100%.

- 7 - Crack Shot : Increases the backwards distance of Up Peacemaker and Down Peacemaker by 12.5/25/37.5/50%.

- 8 - Fire in the Hole : Converts Rifle shots to deal Fire damage and explode, dealing an additional 10/20/30/40 Unblockable Fire damage.

- 9 - Gun Runner : Reduces the Amplify cost of Scud Shot by 40/50/60/70%.

- 10 - Secondary Infection : Converts Pistol shots to deal Poison damage and decrease the victim's Gauges by 1/2/3/4 for 5 seconds.

- 11 - Slide Rule : Increases the distance of Rattle Snake Slide by 12.5/25/37.5/50%.

- 12 - Spitting and Grinning
: Increases the radius of Zaterran Spit by 12.5/25/37.5/50%.

- 1 - Gale Force : Increase the range of Wind Push,Bending Wind, and Air Slam by 100 / 75 / 50 / 25 %.

- 2 - Weather Shield : Gain Armor during Sky Wakka and Wind Kicks, reducing damage taken by 100 / 75 / 50 / 25 %

- 3 - Demigod's Grasp : Increase the duration of Jet Stream by 200 / 150 / 100 / 50 % Increase the Size of Jet Stream projectiles by 100 / 75 / 50 / 25 %

- 4 - Wind Whip

- 6 - Protector's Magic
: Your Kusanagi attacks deal Magic Damage. Your Magic attacks have a 60 / 45 / 30 / 15 chance to Slow. Slows decrease speed by 10%

- 7 - Divine Cyclone : Increase the duration of Turbulence by 200 / 150 / 100 / 50%

- 8 -Breezing Through : Increases movement speed during Divine Wind by 25/50/75/100%.

- 9 - Hard Gust : Gain Jet Stream for 3/6/9/12 seconds after successfully parrying an attack with Wind Barrier.

- 10 - Rapid Fire : Reduces the Amplify cost of Krossbow Blast by 40/50/60/70%. Krossbow Blast can be Amplified 1/2/3/4 extra time(s).

- 12 - Sudden Squall : Each of your Krushing Blows has a 5/10/15/20% chance to trigger automatically, even if already triggered.

- 7 - Holy Relic : Relic Absorb stores power each time it absorbs a Projectile, stacking up to 1/2/3/4 time(s). Relic Absorb can be Amplified immediately if it has power stored.

- 8 - Moneychanger : Reduces the Amplify cost of Fade Out by 40/50/60/70%.

- 9 - Punishment Glutton : Increases the distance of Shotel Fury by 12.5/25/37.5/50%.

- 10 - Rampant Inflation : Increases all Koin earnings by 25/50/75/100%.

- 11 - Sneaky Avarice : Increases the Pull range and strength of Relic Lure by 12.5/25/37.5/50%.

Great job, thanks! Still, there's something that I don't understand about Robocop: 1 of his Jinsei augments is supposed to increase the radius of his Shoulder Cannon (ok), Ground Mine, and Taser. Now, I can't find these last 2 in Robocop skills & special moves. So, are they some konsumables?

Each character has 12 augments test your might lists 9 only, all jinseis come in 4 levels, and not my screenshot. What are you doing to try and farm elder jineis , cuz they are not easy to come by ?

Electric Surge is an Elder Jinsei you must not be farming that one, cuz it 100% does exist.
