As for the Carpathian cultures, I also toyed with the idea of splitting them up, but this would be a much more significant nerf to an already not very powerful Hungary and the downright weak Moldavia and Wallachia.
Removing Transilvanian in favor of a mix of Hungarian and Romanian would also be problematic for its historical significance in Habsburg-Ottoman politics in this time period.
So I stopped just with the Slovak relocation, any more than that would be going too far in detriment of the region.
Also, Slovak is really the odd case here, they have a clear place in another already existing group just to its north, so it felt more than justifiable.

At the same time, they already have the means to go into Arabia without cultural incentives through missions and whatnot, and are still very formidable even if they find resistance from a different culture group there (did a test game and they were still very powerful), so I found that giving them their own culture group was the best solution in the end.

I have thought about it since the very beginning, how I should reorganize the Turkish culture away from the Arabs.
To put the Turks with the central Asian groups, creating this "Oghuz Turkic" group, seemed like the most logical option from a historical standpoint, so that kept being at the forefront of my thoughts.
However, that is only from a historical point of view, gameplay wise this is not ideal.
Culture groups as designed in EU4 are more than ethnolinguistic representations, they are also a gameplay element, mainly nudging a nation to expand in a certain direction with more ease, that's why the Ottomans were put together with the Levant in the first place.
With that in mind, giving the Ottomans that nudge to go into Central Asia seems very odd to me, so I'd rather not.

Sorry, I don't plan to implement these changes.

You should add Azerbaijani and Turkmeni culture to this "Anatolian Turk" culture group, and rename it to "Oghuz Turkic".

@pruco plenty of mods have done that.

You should add Azerbaijani and Turkmeni culture to this "Anatolian Turk" culture group, and rename it to "Oghuz Turkic". Dividing Transylvanian culture between Hungarian and Romanian while making culture groups for both of them would be pretty good too. (Szeklers and Cumans could be added to the Hungarian group, while Aromanians could be added to Romanian culture group which would probably be named Dacian)

I found a Bug, Ottoman titles are replaced by Kingdom rather then sultanate and the Sultan title is replaced with king, so there is a bug with the titles.
