But in this steam guide, it has it as:

Any idea which one is correct? Or maybe they both work for different things?
if a setting gets deleted in any .ini this setting is already in a default.ini or base.ini present with the same settings. The game or the dedicated server removes redundant or duplicated settings.
If it stays, it is either changing a value or not present in any default.ini or base.ini.
I'll leave this up for reference but I strongly urge anyone with questions to browse the comment section, as y'all have been the bomb in figuring out how or what to keep with the current patches!
