Description

Oakland (奥克兰)[wiki.biligame.com] is a character from a Chinese gacha mobile RPG game Blue Oath/Blue Vows/Blue Wars (苍蓝誓约). And yes, she's a fleet grill and is based off an IRL WW2 Murican Battleship USS Oakland (CL-95).
Model ported from MMD.
