Weapons, shields, and armour no longer have equipping requirements.

How is this different from things already on the workshop?
This doesn't remove scaling from weapons, and is compatible with mods that rework the weapon system by patching the stats files through a script.

Given the number of overhauls coming out and their popularity, I think this is a nice way of going about making small changes that are highly compatible.

Compatible with everything (which is the entire point).

@hecc This mod doesn't touch anything other than the requirements for an item to be equipped. This is a link to the source code of the only file that does anything. [github.com]

I'm not sure if this mod is having issues with my other mods but I have a minor annoyance where you would be able to find items that were once in the game but were 'recycled'.

I've tested by enabling and disabling this mod and opening the 'Chest with Confiscated Goods' in the opening ship, before Fort Joy. A couple of examples I saw were:

- A dagger called 'Hockham's Razor and wand named 'Kiss Of Death'
- A wand named 'Radeka's Thorn'.

All of these are basic weapons. They're generally 3-4 damage and nothing else. They just don't fit. Like they just feeled duped or recycled based off of items you could get later in the game.

@lil pupper The issue is now fixed.

If the changes don't show up on your current save you may have to disable, save, and re-enable the mod, or toggle and then subsequently untoggle a non-permanent Larian gift bag.

Sorry about the trouble, though it was easy to overlook as the Swornbreaker seems to be the only weapon in the game to require a Tag :P

Hello, just reporting a bug this mod has with the Swornbreaker weapon, this mod changes it to require "0", making it unequipable.

@frasdoge It's working now! This is the first mod I setup in DOS2. I didn't know I have to select the checkbox in game as well. Sorry about interrupting and thank you for your help and effort!

You MUST install the Norbyte Script Extender for this mod to work.
