Add and Upgrade Centers Of Trade 1.33

No DHARMA needed!

This mode adds the opportunity to create and upgrade/downgrade Centers of Trade.
Unfortunately, you can't remove any CoT completely. You can only downgrade it to level 1.

In this mode you can build buildings which give you 1-, 2- or 3- level Center Of Trade (there are a few requirements to meet in order to build them).

Good to know:
A built Great Trade Center only gives you 3 level CoT when you have the most trade power in the local trade node.
When you'll gain a 3 level CoT, every country with considerable trade power in the local trade node( 15% trade power)will gain Trade War casus belli towards you.
If you have 3 level CoT and you lose your trade leadership in the trade node, you lose the 3 lvl Cot as well.
Then another country can get 3 lvl CoT(if has a Great Trade Center in this trade node)

If you destroy a X lvl CoT building a (X-1) lvl CoT building will be added in its place.
You can't remove 1 lvl CoT.
