Refund Race-Based Civil Abilities

Description
Bothered that you have to shoehorn your Elf into the loremaster role, or upset that your undead Lizard isn't as persuasive as a live one? Well I was, so here we are with this mod!

What it does
Refunds the race-based civil abilities, giving you a normal civil point to be spent as you wish. Applies to all party members, alive and undead of all races, so that your race no longer matters to how civil you are. The rest of the race exclusives are untouched.

Done through a script so as to not conflict with any class mods or divinity unleashed.

Only note is that the race-based civil abilities are not refunded during character creation, but any time after it. A small price to pay for compatibility.

Big thanks to LaughingLeader for their help.

Recommendations
Goes well with my other mod here to refund recruited characters attributes, abilities, talents, and civil points.

Hi! Sorry for my English.
There are two problems in this mod for me :
1) Undead do not benefit from this mod, although the description says the opposite. You start the game with 1 civilian point, just like in the original game. Mask of the Shapeshifter gives you fixed points based on the race you transform into.
2) The "Book of origins" mod partially fixes this flow, allowing the undead to choose the civilian talent of one of the race without transforming. But when these two mods are used together, this dialogue on the choice of civilian talent disappears in the book.

It would be nice to add to the "Book of Origins" all 7 civilian talents to choose from, and not 4 as now. And it would not be necessary to install 2 mods at once. This is not a claim or a requirement, but a wish for consideration. Thanks for your attention!

Not compatible w/Epic Encounters mod. It will occasionally glitch out your Phys/Pierce resists making them get bonuses, penalties, or ignore resist cap.

@LittleKid I don't quite understand what you mean so I'll have to check it out myself. Sounds like a weird interaction, though the mirror does some jank things all on its own so I shouldn't be surprised.

will this work with the book of origin? because after using the book, every time I go through the mirror, the racial talent just shows back again, and I have to use the book one more time.

will this still happen if this mod remove those racial talent?

Sorry, can confirm it has removed Ancestral Knowledge and the point, I'm just dumb and didn't see that gear was providing 1 point, my bad XD

@Inazuma It should have removed Ancestral Knowledge and given you a point, having no net change in the total number of civil points available.

Sorry for the confusion, but after installing this mod (and book of Origin) my playthrough, on my Elf, I still have 1 non-removable point in loremaster, but I was just given a free point to spend

Thanks!

@Inazuma Yes.

Does this still work?
