Launch Options: Go to Steam library, right click counter-strike, press Properties, press SET LAUNCH OPTIONS.

-freq 60 to 240, if your screen HZ are set to 60, put 60. If your screen HZ are set to 144 set to 144. I have 144hz screen so I use "-freq 144"

RESOLUTION & CROSSHAIR:

Most Pros back in the day used (640 x 480) resolution with cl_crosshair_size "large"

con_color "255 255 255" //makes Text White

white crosshair: cl_crosshair_color "255 255 255" //remember to put " " signs, otherwise the color wont work.

If you want to use (800 x 600) resolution, I would suggest cl_crosshair_size "medium"

zoom_sensitivity_ratio "0.9" //Sensitivity when zooming with awp/scout etc.

Wrong. Post 2013 update these are the correct settings for rates etc.

Why did you put fps_max to 101 if your monitor uses 144 update rate? It makes no sense at all.
