Description
The Official Steam group is up and running to give announcements on mod collabs and general updates about mods for everyone!

Here it is! The long awaited Hyperdrive 2 featuring:
-Meshrail
-Suns
-Updated grey and color block meshes
-Updated rings
-Skyscreen shader
-New debris textures
-Modified ship
-Modified wake
-And more in the Change Notes

Once again, much thanks to my co-author Kiisseli.

The goal of the hyperdrive 2 project was to allow those who liked the original to be able to keep playing the original while also being able to break in a bunch of changes. Hope you all enjoy what's been done so far. It's been great hearing your comments and working on this skin. Make sure you play in High settings for maximum enjoyment! ;D

There are two new recolors! Flashdrive and Turbodrive!

The balls spazz out through out the entire song.

I've had this issue as well since one of Dylan's updates a few months ago. To be clear, you're only getting it before the song starts, correct? I'm not entirely sure why it's happening, especially because I change nothing about the HexSpheres between Ultra and High settings at all but because it was limited to before the song started, I was okay with it. This issue also happens to all the other BuildMesh objects in the game, including the grey blocks, so I know it's an issue with them. My hypothesis is that when the ship is traveling at a set speed to begin the song, it's messing with the game's reading of its actual velocity, thus causing the BuildMesh objects to spaz out between minimum and maximum size.

You can see that the balls look weird. Since it's a picture, it doesn't show the balls stuttering or spazzing out. This is on Ultra settings with 8x antialiasing but I don't think the antialiasing matters. This happens with Hyperdrive 2, Turbodrive, and Rainbowdrive.

Could you link a picture or try to describe the issue more? I haven't had this problem yet. I still need to test it but it would be great to have that information.

I found a temporary fix. I had my settings on ultra and turning it to high makes the balls act normal again. I would like to play on ultra though so a fix would be appreciated.

Not sure if there is a fix for this, but the balls on the outside of the track are being weird.

@Nonjojalol Although I want to get a better shader for the color blocks so that it's easier to see them, the transparent track is part of what makes my skins what they are. The issue for me is that I have no idea how to code shaders so I'm sort of in a limbo right now.

The transparent background makes it harder to see the blocks you're collecting in mono.
