Description
What does this mod do?
- It auto upgrades garrisons, making sieges harder, given you won't find endless hordes of low tier units, but all the best that the faction has access to.
- It enables upgrades from T1 to T2, T2 to T3 and T3 to T4 units for all major factions (some minors might be affected).
- Upgrades cost is same as difference in recruitment. Except from T1 to T2, which varies between 40-200 (to keep the AI more balanced).
- No secsession or civil war factions will get the added units (except for Sparta, due to General issue). So finally you will have the better units for once.
- Most non-cavalry Generals are no longer recruitable as a General, due to RTW2 acts weird when it comes down to Generals. So the choice was mostly either no General or no upgrade mostly.

What is the point of this mod?
I always disliked that only Rome would gain a vast Empire and most Major factions struggled against a lot of minor factions. Combine this mod with several "must have" mods and see a more difficult end-game happen.

Important.
For the full effect, in order to see Major factions overwhelm the minor factions and creating vast empires and strong alliances(as from early/mid-game) I've compiled a "must have" mod collection. It ranges from politics, to amount of army stacks to Minor(decrease) and Major(increase) factions.

CTD Fix and mod compatibility.
Unless a mod changes upgrades to units, it should not conflict with any other mods.
If CTD occurs, disable all other mods, fire up the game and if it still persists, only then ask for help from fellow users / me. Otherwise try adding your mods one at a time and see which mod conflicts and well take your pick, this or the other mod xD.

why when you upgrade to Tier 3 with rome you cannot recruit unit and all infantry unit in garnison dissapear?

I know, and to my knowledge they all still work. All though I do use my own version for the no civil war one.
